Refund policy

This page explains billing and refunds in plain words. It follows the Terms of Service, which is the agreement that applies. If anything here reads differently from the terms, the terms decide.

Month to month, no contract

Every plan runs month to month. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. We invoice you or send a payment link before each month starts.

Cancel by email

Cancel by email to [email protected]. You do not need a reason and there is no form to fill in. Tell us you want to stop and we confirm.

The month you have already paid for

When you cancel, you keep the month you have already paid for and the site runs to the end of that paid period. That is the month you bought, so we do not refund part of a month that has already started.

The one exception is a month where we could not provide the service at all. If the site was never live, tell us and we refund that month.

If a payment fails

If a payment fails we tell you and give you time to fix it. If it stays unpaid we may take the site offline after telling you once. A failed payment is not a refund.

What you keep

Your business name, your facts, your photos and your domain are yours. When a plan ends, ask us and we give you the text and photos we created for your site. Your domain is registered in your name, or we transfer it to you on request.
