You are under a sink, on a roof or driving. When a call goes unanswered, or when it comes in after hours, the assistant picks up in your business's name.
The caller hears a short greeting and can say what they need in their own words. No menu to press and no hold music.
It takes the job details
The assistant asks for the name, the phone number, the address and what the problem is. It asks when someone can come, and it repeats the details back so they are right.
Every call ends with a summary sent to your email. You read it when your hands are free, not while a customer waits.
Urgent calls come to your phone
If a caller describes something urgent, like water coming through a ceiling, the assistant phones you. The rest can wait for the summary.
You decide what counts as urgent. We set the rule with you, and you can change it later.
