Every customer gets the same link. No filtering, no hiding.
What is it?
One request per finished job
When you finish a job, you send us the customer's name and email. We send one email asking for a Google review, written in your business's voice.
It goes out by email, so there is nothing for the customer to install and nothing for you to hand over on site. We only send after you tell us the job is done.
Up to three reminders, then it stops
If nobody clicks the link, we send up to three reminders over the following days. The moment a customer clicks the review link, the reminders stop.
A customer who asks you to stop is taken off the list. That is the end of it.
The same link for everyone
Every customer gets the same Google review link. We do not filter, delay or hide an unhappy customer, because Google forbids review gating and because it is not honest.
The point is to make it easy for a satisfied customer to leave a review, not to control what your reviews say. You can reply to a review the same way you do today.
A QR card for the van or the counter
The plan includes a printable review card with a QR code. A customer scans it with their phone and your Google review box opens, while you are still standing there.
Keep one in the truck and one at the counter. No app and no login for the customer.
